Consumers have the right to withdraw from their contracts within 14 days.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of your first order.
Um dein Widerrufsrecht auszuüben, musst du uns (PEZZ life GmbH, Lederergasse 22/16, 1080 Wien, Österreich, support@pezz.life) mittels einer eindeutigen Erklärung (z. B. ein mit der Post versandter Brief oder E-Mail) über deinen Entschluss, diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen, informieren. Du kannst dafür das beigefügte Muster-Widerrufsformular verwenden, das ist jedoch nicht vorgeschrieben ist. Zur Wahrung der Widerrufsfrist reicht es aus, dass du die Mitteilung über die Ausübung des Widerrufsrechts vor Ablauf der Widerrufsfrist absenden.
Consequence of withdrawal
If you withdraw from your contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from your contract. We will refund you using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
Du hast die Waren unverzüglich und in jedem Fall spätestens binnen vierzehn Tagen ab dem Tag, an dem du uns über den Widerruf dieses Vertrags unterrichten, an PEZZ life GmbH, Lederergasse 22/16, 1080 Wien, Österreich zurückzusenden oder zu übergeben. Die Frist ist gewahrt, wenn du die Waren vor Ablauf der Frist von vierzehn Tagen absenden. Du trägst die unmittelbaren Kosten der Rücksendung der Waren. Du musst für einen etwaigen Wertverlust der Waren nur aufkommen, wenn dieser Wertverlust auf einen zur Prüfung der Beschaffenheit, Eigenschaften und Funktionsweise der Waren nicht notwendigen Umgang mit ihnen zurückzuführen ist.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Contracts for the supply of sealed goods, which are not suitable for return due to health and safety or hygiene reasons if their seal was removed after they were delivered.
